  • Your MLS® listing will clearly state to prospects using the MLS® that your home is for sale by owner (FSBO) or for rent by owner (FRBO). The Broker's Remarks section contains your contact number and instructs prospects to contact you directly for more information.

    This also means that on all syndicated sites, our brokerage office will be the main contact, however, if there is ever a case where we are contacted regarding your property, we immediately relay that information to you or we provide the interested buyer/buyers agent with your contact information so they can deal with you directly!

     

  • No! beycome will never charge any commissions, fees, or charge you if you sell your home. That's how Real Estate by Owner should be.

  • No. Our service is a flat fee service. Not only is it unprofessional to charge a buyer/renter/owner for a service which we did not perform for them, it is illegal. Although, listing on the MLS is beneficial to potential buyers, tenants and buyer agents, it is a service to the seller/renter. According to RESPA Protection Against Illegal Referral Fee's Disclaimer " It is illegal for anyone to accept a fee or part of a fee for services if that person has not actually performed settlement services for the fee."

  • It's quite simple. To list your home through beycome.com, you follow 6 easy steps. In step 6, you have the option to upgrade to one or all of our premium options. We offer one MLS Flat Fee Package- the unlimited package for $89.90 that will list your property on the MLS until you close!

  • Absolutely Not! This is a big NO NO! Images and photographs downloaded from anywhere on the internet or copied from a previous listing and "Copyrighted" and/or restricted by MLS rules and regulations. including them in your listing without proper written authorization from the owners put you (and us) at legal risk. To protect yourself and be safe, ONLY submit pictures that you take or hired and paid someone to take for you.

  • Once you upgrade to the premium MLS service, you have 24 hours to cancel your order before it is processed by beycome. If after that time has passed, you still want to cancel, no problem, just give us a call or send us an email and we will remove your listing from the MLS.

  • We cover all counties in Florida, except: Dixie, Gilchrist, Levy, St Augustine and St Johns (coming soon).

  • If you have already listed your home with beycome.com: Go to your owner area, click on the picture of the listing you want to add to the MLS, choose premium options on the left hand side menu bar. If you are listing your home for the first time, once you reach Step 8 ( premium Options) you’ll be able to choose your Mls Package!

    Choose your selection and a payment method box will appear. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Amazon pay.

  • After completing your payment, allow us 1 business day to add your listing to the MLS. After it has been added it can take anywhere up to 48 hours for the listing to appear on the MLS and sites such as Zillow©, Relator.com©, Trulia©, Listhub©, Refin© and hundreds of affiliates websites.

  • Absolutely! You are in charge of your sale or rent. We do not require any exclusivity to list through beycome.com. You are free to decide to hire an agent or DIY at any point during your sale. It is important to remember however, that an agent will ask for a commission on your transaction.

    Rent is a little different, commission on rent is 5% of the yearly rental.

  • The MLS Listing is useful for Both Renting and Selling.

  • Your property will be listed in throughout the entire state of Florida. That doesn't mean there is no possibility of out of state buyers however, Remember, buyers and potential tenants search criteria include location, so anyone searching in your area in Florida can have access to your listing!

  • After submitting your MLS request and payment, we will send you an email to the email address you provided, advising you your payment was received along with a quick questionnaire. The pictures we will use on your MLS listing are the same pictures you uploaded to your beycome.com listing. After completing the questionnaire, you can simply reply to the email directly. If there is a certain order that you would like your picture to be in on the MLS, please let us know via email and we will organize them accordingly.

Most of the Leads will come from Realtors© (around 95% of all properties in the country are sold through a Realtor©); they are out there working hard to get a buyer (or tenant) for your property and earn the commission offered.

    2) Realtor's© regulations for Realtor.com© and other partner sites do not allow (when a property is listed through a Brokerage) to include the owner's contact information. The phone number that appears associated with our company is our automatic messaging service (all Portals display this contact information differently). All leads that we receive* will be forwarded to you: if by email, they are just forwarded to you. If by phone call, our system will record the message and forward it to you via e-mail for you to listen to it and follow-up directly.

    *IMPORTANT NOTE: When a property is listed and an offer a compensation is posted (like in this case), all Realtors© will be working hard to try and find a buyer for your property ... that is what they do. One of the strategies and methods they use to try and get a buyer is by "buying leads" form the Real Estate Portals out there (Realtor.com©, Zillow©, Trulia©, Redfin©, Etc). All portals (including Realtor.com©) are profit-oriented business enterprises that make money by advertising services and by selling leads to Realtors© trying to get buyers to represent.

    Some of these sites allow the potential buyer to choose who to send the enquiry to (like Zillow©) and some like Realtor.com© just assign the lead to the Realtor(s©) that has(have) purchased the lead(s) (either by paying for a zip code or a specific area). We have no way of controlling how the Real Estate Portals assign and/or forward the leads they generate. This is why we can't assure that all the leads will come to us.   • NO! This is a false representation from real estate agents to try and get an individual to list with an agent instead of using a flat fee listing site. There is no way that a potential buyers agent/broker will know that you used a flat fee listing site. Also, there is no where on the MLS® listing where it would indicate that you did not pay commission to a listing agent. In the end, the buyer's agent/broker only cares about the commission that you are willing to give to them. Your property will be shown by Realtors® regardless!

  • The only people who can list on the MLS® are licensed real estate brokers. Broker's pay the MLS® dues/fees in order to list their properties. The MLS® isn't a place where just anyone can come on a post their property. There are many rules and regulations with the MLS® that the Broker must abide by with each listing, so they must be sure that the listing is a completely accurate and follows all MLS® restrictions.
