What I love about my home:

This is one of the best places to live. The property waterfront has a beach area in front of an old seawall. At lower tide, you can walk along the shoreline to the Huguenot Memorial Park. The ceilings are vaulted in the Kitchen, Living, and 2nd bath. All the appliances had been replaced approx in 2014. The a/c upper and lower had been replaced approx in 2014. The roof was replaced in December of 2016, with a High Wind long-life architectural shingle roof. Qualifying for a discount on insurance. Included all roof vents and Skylights replaced. Rain Gutters installed in 2015. Free Flowing Artesian Well with Aerator Tank, Chlorine feed, Pressure Pump, and Sprinkler pump for inground automatic sprinklers. 2 Pumps approx 1 Year old.
