Being so close to all of our favorite activities. We made good use of the dog beach!! Social time for doggies. Pulling up to your own dock, cleaning fish, and grilling on the patio. Setting your drink on the mahogany shelf while taking a hot shower outdoors washing the sand and salt from the day. It's even better when it's raining!! If the ocean is too big, you can still get out on the water to fish or cruise up the intracoastal! Heading south on the intracoastal to Peanut Island during the week when no one is there. The water is soooooooooooo clear. Walking across the street 4 days a week to play golf with a great group of guys for nickels. There is nothing better than sitting outside on the patio in Florida's summer thunderstorms with the sound of rain. Nature.
