What I love about my home:

I love the open airiness of this home. The neighbors are great and it is very quiet here. The new AC system is rated 16.5 SEER which is great. New, water efficient toilets and new reverse osmosis system. The kitchen is a dream with pull out pantry, special bread and knife drawers, two large pot and pan drawers, display shelves and drawers! Over and under cabinet lighting! New 3/4 hp Insinkerator Innovations disposal is super quiet. Jenn-Air combination conventional/convection oven cooks to perfection and is self-cleaning! All doors are 6 panels with polished nickel handsets and decorative moldings. Master bedroom has beveled mirrored closet doors with shelves inside the closet to make the most of space. I love sitting on the lanai having my coffee and listening to the fountain burbling away. The french doors leading to the screened in lanai have the interior blinds to cut down on glare in the afternoons, too! The third bedroom is currently being used as a den, but can be made into a bedroom again very easily. The property was cleared off all the way to the back, but plenty of trees left including some banana trees that produce sweet fruit. Awnings over the lanai french doors keep the heat out in the afternoon. Built in book shelves in the guest bedroom. Attention paid to detail when we remodeled...like the kitchen outlets and switches are under the cabinets so they don't detract from the beautiful back splash and tiled mosaic of View From Amalfi over the range.
