What I love about my home

I love the open floor plan for kitchen,, dining and living area and the view of the fire place. Most windows you look out show green and wide open spaces, no neighbors to see or hear. I like the central location for all shopping and easy access to the Veterans express way, Cortez Blvd and other main highways. And if you might be an elderly person the close proximity of 2 hospitals, less than 5 minutes for one of them. Not having an HOA, would be too long to mention all the benefits here. If you have ever lived in the confinses of an HOA you know what I mean. Or have lived in a condo where the next door neighbor start pounding at 8.00 am on a Saturday morning when you wanted to sleep in. You wont hear those sounds and annoyances here since there is plenty of property around you. Want to start planting a gigantic garden, dig for an in-ground pool, stable a horse, create a four wheeler racing course - who's gonna stop you. Would not know, must be MR. Noone.
