The Carlton D Floorplan with our custom upgrades. We upgraded the version to a custom (North Carolina stone) stoned entry way and custom stoned garage, our personal design. Not that you would need it, but we have a new security system with every door entry and window monitored 24 hours. This home is equipped with a beautiful lighted office on the front of the home, tray ceilings in large dining room and tray ceilings in the master bedroom. I added a 50 inch wall mounted TV in the master bedroom that may stay, depending on negotiations. Unique arched entry's to the master, office and dining room. Oversized custom ordered French doors at entry of the office. We have already accented the tray ceilings and family room recessed wall with beautiful accent colors. We have a nicely furnished kitchen with upgraded top of the line stainless steel double door fridge with matching stove, microwave, disposal and dishwasher. Custom breakfast bar that seats 4 and granite bar/counter tops. Also top of the line hunter ceiling fans in every room, office and two on the lanai. We have an extended Lania about 400 sq ft with upgraded dark red pavers that is screened in. I added a bonus TV with mount on the patio for nighttime entertainment. There is also a breathtaking view of the pond, palm trees and sunsets. We placed 2 palm trees in the backyard perfectly for sunsets. We just added a black rod iron fence in the backyard with added security for kids and ambience. A great fishing spot with a stocked pond. Three months ago we added Hardwood floors in office and master bedroom and tiled both hallways. We added custom wood blinds thru out the home, every window including side windows for the front entry. We have a preset 5 zone sprinkler system with custom rain gauge. Plus much, much more. We have a Safe neighborhood, daily/nightly walks no problem and a pet friendly subdivision. All Schools are within 2 miles and we are located only 7 miles from beautiful Fernandina Beach. No hurricane shutters here, we have the updated 2016 hurricane force double pane windows. Hurricanes Matthew and Irma were no problem, we stayed here. Great Family Home, just too big for us!
