The Carlton D Floorplan with our custom upgrades. We upgraded the version to a custom (North Carolina stone) stoned entry way and custom stoned garage, our personal design. We have a preset 5 zone sprinkler system with custom rain gauge. Plus much, much more. We have a Safe neighborhood, daily/nightly walks no problem and a pet friendly subdivision. All Schools are within 2 miles and we are located only 7 miles from beautiful Fernandina Beach. No hurricane shutters here, we have the updated 2016 hurricane force double pane windows. Hurricanes Matthew and Irma were no problem, we stayed here. Great Family Home, just too big for us!
