What I love about my home

Fully custom CBS home with 9-car/2300sf garage! We designed this home for our car collection and had it built by Town & Country. The garage is one giant 2300sf open expanse 42' wide by 55' deep. No pillars or obstructions. From the outside it looks like any upscale FL home with three 9' wide garage doors. While we think cars, this is basically a home warehouse you can use any way you wish. All this in the heart of Port St. Lucie, in the desirable 1/2 acre Parr Estates area, and with no HOA! The living space is also 2300sf for 4600sf total. The door from garage to house takes you to the open floor plan living/dining area. The entire front area of the house is one giant open concept space, 42' wide by 17 1/2' deep. The whole expanse is beautifully accented with a tray ceiling throughout. The kitchen is in the center, running front to rear starting at the living area. It's 11'x28' making it a very spacious kitchen with more cabinet/counter space than you've probably ever seen. In addition there's a large pantry, laundry room, linen closet and the second full bathroom with bath/shower combination.
