What I love about my home

Location, location, location--and just look at the photos! This is a completely lovely building where you will feel as though you are living alone without neighbors. This is such a unique property; I do not know of anything like it anywhere.

Need any remodeling

None needed! Beautifully remodeling recently done at great cost, which included hidden soundproofing in ceiling and exterior/interior walls. Custom-fitted mirrored wardrobes in master bedroom contain beautiful sliding dresser-type shelves. Very safe area; safe to stroll the beach promenade at 3 A.M. if you want. Walking distance to all shopping and amenities.
