What I love about my home

The yard is built for entertaining or simply relaxing on one of two pergolas. The larger pergola is approximately 12 x 14 with flooring half pavers and half decking. The second pergola is currently home to a porch swing and occasionally the hammock allowing residents and visitors the ability to enjoy the shade on cool summer evenings. The lush landscape is surrounded with a 6 foot painted privacy fence. You can barely see that you even have neighbors when you are sitting just feet from other homes. Each side is lined with low maintenance bottle brush plants that provide a haven for humming birds, butterflies and finches. The entire area is covered by a lovely royal Poinciana tree that blooms a bright red twice a year and provides cooling, dense shade for the hot summers. If the yard is not enough, there is a small raised vegetable garden located in the northwest corner that was designed to allow maximum sunlight, yet afternoon filtered shade during long hot summers.
