What I love about my home

First off I own my home and land (no rent increases) Wind Zone 3 home. So close to everything I would want in Sarasota. Nice neighbors, right across from the clubhouse, easy parking, extra wide driveway, nice landscaping out front, Just feels like home. I did an open house today (12/10) asking my park neighbors to come and see the first day showing. Nothing but nice comments and not one said anything negative about the price.
