What I love about my home

What I love about the home: Location, location, location! We love the fact that although we have nearby, easy access to all the good things (many within walking distance), our home remains private and quiet, located on a nice Cul-de-sac... safe and with no through traffic at all. Only seven neighbors, almost all long term owners, friendly, and with particularly well-maintained and attractive homes. Privacy/sound wall keeps it quiet and separates the property from traffic and pedestrians. An elementary school is within walking distance. We can't say enough for the large and completely glassed-in Florida room facing the backyard with its wonderful Old Florida landscaping, full of butterflies, flowers, birds and with bananas, plantains, mangos, star fruit and pineapples ripe for the picking. Great outdoor entertaining and grilling both front and back. A great cooking, contemporary, wide galley kitchen with all new, all stainless appliances. Center grill, and oversize fridge, nice. Spacious, semi-open, L-shaped living/dining design, with full width, locking sliding glass door access to the Florida room (from both kitchen and living room) - a great house for entertaining. The oversize lot sports a huge U-shaped drive with parking for up to seven guests.
