What I love about my home

I appreciate the modern curvilinear design of the building. I also appreciate the surrounding green space. I love the fact that this unit has two bedrooms and two full baths! There is an eat in kitchen, and a separate dining area. The living room sliding glass door, which opens to the balcony, offers a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. I enjoy relaxing on my balcony on breezy summer evenings. There is a locking storage area on the unit floor and another on the main level. An elevator is available to take me to my unit, but the staircase is also available. Sometimes I just want the exercise :) There is also a service elevator for moving large items like furniture and electronics; no dragging heavy items up a staircase here. This unit offers private garage parking, with individual overhead remote door entry. This is in addition to the ample available parking in lot. It is important that I state that not every unit comes with its own garage parking. Garage door remote transmitters come with purchase of the unit. The building offers secure entry. Visitors must dial the unit to request access to the inner building lobby. There is a separate clubhouse for larger private gatherings. A tennis court and pool are also on the premises.
