Attention to details and extreme cleanliness will impress you. From the floating diagonal rectified porcelain tile that is laid throughout the lower level appearing as one floating surface, no grout lines, to the crown molding, you can see that this house was cared for. The Kitchen was redesigned to increase sociability and ease of use. Only real wood cabinets and granite used, with upgraded appliances. Master bath features a spa tub along with a separate shower stall. All bedrooms are on the second level. The details continue outside, with beautifully kept landscaping front, back, and side. The yard patio features pavers and is covered with a retractable 10x20 Sunsetter awning. Together with the white wood fence, you can enjoy privacy with your friends as you have them over for a barbeque. The street is a cul-de-sac, limiting the traffic exposure. In addition, this is the best looking street in Sorbet, so pride in ownership shows on this block, and you will find it to have the most green area in the development. You will also love the stamped concrete driveway, which not only shows well, but prevents and weed growth as occurs with pavers. The garage had been converted by prior owners to a office/utility and storage room, with tiled floor and finished walls, including shelving. The garage door is electric, and opens to a storage area for tools and yard items. Community pool.
What I love about my home
I love the grand entrance to the living room, as it shows many of the details of the home, making a wonderful impression. From there, it is the Kitchen, with it's warm colors and conveniences, and the way it opens up to the main den and eating area. I also love the Southern exposure and view out the front window. By facing south, never have the sun blinding any rooms in the house. Also, while we don't like to think about storm season, It only takes a few minutes to pull and lock up with the recently added accordian shutters.
