Under Contract: How to Update Your Property Listing

In My Dashboard > Listings, open your listing’s Status menu, select Under contract, upload the executed contract and click Continue. Artur AI reads it and pre-fills your closing details: check the expected closing date and price, payment term, closing company and buyer agent info, then click Save status. Our compliance team verifies it and updates the MLS. The new status can take up to two business days to show everywhere.

As outlined in your listing agreement and required by MLS rules and compliance standards, you must update your property’s status as soon as it goes under contract or receives a pending offer.

This allows us to update your listing status correctly on our platform and on the MLS.

  1. Connect to My dashboard and open Listings.
  2. On your listing’s “Status” menu, select “Under contract“. (If your listing is temporarily off market, click “Edit listing”, then “Change status”, then “Under contract”.)
  3. Upload the executed contract (mandatory by MLS rules) and click “Continue”. If you signed the offer on Beycome, the contract is already attached.
  4. Artur AI reads the contract and pre-fills your closing information. Check and complete: Expected closing date, Expected closing price, Payment term, and the closing company’s name, phone and email.
  5. If a buyer’s agent is involved, turn on “Buyer agent involved?” and enter the agent’s name, phone, email and brokerage.
  6. Confirm your action by clicking on the “Save status” button.

Once you submit your request, one of our compliance team members will carefully review and verify the information provided. This step ensures that all updates meet MLS requirements and remain accurate and compliant. After verification, your property’s status will be updated on the MLS to reflect “Under Contract.”

Following this update, the change will begin syncing across the MLS and all third-party websites where your listing is displayed. In most cases, updates appear quickly—sometimes within an hour—but depending on each platform’s refresh cycle, it may take up to two business days for the new status to be visible everywhere. It’s normal to see slight delays between different websites during this process.

For security and compliance reasons, all listing updates must be submitted directly by you through your Beycome account. This ensures that only authorized users can make changes and helps protect the integrity of your listing. We’re unable to process modification requests sent by email, phone, or any other external communication method. To make any updates, simply log in to your dashboard and submit your request through the appropriate section.

*This action is required if your home was listed on beycome.com, with or without having purchased our flat fee MLS packages.
