Buyer agents typically receive a 3% commission paid by the seller or listing agent. When you buy with Beycome, we act as your buyer's agent, collect that commission, and credit back up to two-thirds of it to you. Our revenue is a flat 1%, anything above is returned to you.

(This does not apply to For Sale By Owner properties.)

Our credit requires a minimum commission of $1,599 and lender approval. Some restrictions may apply for VA and FHA loans.

We need one piece of information for your side: A Buyer Representation Agreement (BRA): Legally, to be paid off the traditional buyer commission, we, "Beycome Brokerage Realty LLC, Beycome of Florida LLC or Beycome Brokerage Realty Inc." need to represent you as your buyer agent on the property you're looking for. This is the only way to give you access to visit, submit offers and receive the commission credit.

Your credit can be applied to reduce your cash to close (closing costs), mortgage closing fees, or, in some cases, the final purchase price. Please note that the actual credit cannot exceed the maximum allowed by your lender and must comply with all applicable regulations, including those established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

We also advise taking a walk-through of your desired neighborhoods before making an offer. Once you're ready, you can get pre-qualified for a loan and send your legally binding offer, all through beycome.com.
