Beycome gave me the support I needed to beat the odds that were against me selling my own property. As a 'former' realtor, I am familiar with the buying/selling process, but sometimes a person needs help. I couldn't get on the local MLS without either going with a listing agent or signing on with Beycome, or some other 'flat fee' service. Beycome is a good company, the people are very nice and helpful, they always either answer the phone right away or call back quickly, and they are very competitive with their pricing options. Beycome customer support did pass on the calls from the sign to me, which is very important. Some other services send the calls to local realtors. There will always be 'cold calls' on property that has a sign out front with "For Sale by Owner", from realtors who are fishing for a listing. That's just part of it. Realtors will give you a free market analysis (get that for pricing - even maybe more than one) and then just move on. Tell them to bring you a buyer!! I offered 2.5% to a realtor with very little resistance, which is WAY BETTER than 6%!! Thank you Beycome!!

My mom is 80 yoa. I am helping her sell her house. I looked at several of the sell by owner sites. All I saw was expensive monthly payments to list the house and to put it on the MLS! What a scam!!!!

Beycome gave me the support I needed to beat the odds that were against me selling my own property. As a 'former' realtor, I am familiar with the buying/selling process, but sometimes a person needs help. I couldn't get on the local MLS without either going with a listing agent or signing on with Beycome, or some other 'flat fee' service. Beycome is a good company, the people are very nice and helpful, they always either answer the phone right away or call back quickly, and they are very competitive with their pricing options. Beycome customer support did pass on the calls from the sign to me, which is very important. Some other services send the calls to local realtors. There will always be 'cold calls' on property that has a sign out front with "For Sale by Owner", from realtors who are fishing for a listing. That's just part of it. Realtors will give you a free market analysis (get that for pricing - even maybe more than one) and then just move on. Tell them to bring you a buyer!! I offered 2.5% to a realtor with very little resistance, which is WAY BETTER than 6%!! Thank you Beycome!!

A follow up to my May 8th post. I wanted to say Thank You so much Beycome for such a great service! I had the best experience using this service and saved over 7K in sellers commissions. I got a professional photographer for $150.00 (worth every penny) and paid the small beycome listing fee. My house hit the MLS at 5:30pm on a Monday night. Through the service I allowed buyers realtors @ 2%. I had 8 realtors calling to setup showings before lunch on Tuesday and had 3 offers by end of business Wednesday night. I had the luxury of working my own deal and selecting the buyer that I knew would get me to close. My home sale was finalized and we closed this past Tuesday 6/20/17. The video and flyers were amazing and the QR code on the flyers was a great concept. I have recommended this service to many of my friends!
