What if I’m already listed on other major real estate websites?

That’s great news. With real estate syndication, your property reaches far beyond a single website. By distributing your listing across multiple platforms, you place it in front of a much larger audience of buyers and renters who search in different places.

Free package syndication

When you use our free package, your listing appears on a wide network of classified and real estate websites. This approach helps generate early visibility and organic interest.

Your property will be published on platforms such as Backpage, Trovit, Craigslist, claz.org, Listanza, Trumpet Properties, DomesticSale, Geebo, Global Free Classified Ads, Yakaz, Oodle, Gvanga, Apartments.com, Locanto, Lovely, Mitula, Nuroa, Padmapper, Rent.com, Renterkit, RentJungle, Zumper, Waa2, GlobalListings.com, MySpace, Lycos, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, Google, Bing, Facebook, DuckDuckGo, and YouTube.

This distribution already places your listing in front of a broad online audience searching across multiple channels.

Premium Fat Fee package syndication and MLS exposure

When you choose one of our Premium options, you receive everything included in the free package, plus MLS exposure. Your listing goes live on your local MLS and appears on top real estate websites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, MSN Real Estate, Yahoo Homes, HotPads, ByOwnerMLS, and more.

The MLS acts as the central source for these major platforms. Once your property enters the MLS, it automatically feeds into these sites, increasing visibility among buyers and Realtors®.

Important note about prior FSBO listings

If your property previously appeared as “For Sale By Owner” on Zillow Group websites, including Zillow, Trulia, StreetEasy, HotPads, Naked Apartments, or Out East, and you select a Premium MLS package, those listings will update.

They will display as a standard “For Sale” listing and show Beycome as the listing agent, as required by MLS rules.

Handling inquiries on your behalf

Any calls, emails, or messages Beycome receives through Zillow or Trulia get forwarded to you immediately through your Beycome dashboard. You stay connected directly with interested buyers while we manage the routing behind the scenes.

Common questions about Beycome

How much does it cost to list with Beycome?

Beycome offers flat fee MLS listing plans starting at $99. You pay a one-time fee to get your home listed on the MLS — no listing agent commission, no percentage of your sale price. Optional add-ons like professional photography, yard signs, and 3D tours are available à la carte.

How long does it take for my listing to go live?

Most listings are reviewed and approved within 1–2 business days. Once verified, your home is submitted to the MLS and automatically syndicated to Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and 100+ other portals. Zillow typically reflects new listings within 24–48 hours of MLS submission.

Can buyers' agents still show my home?

Yes. When you list on the MLS with Beycome, your home is fully visible to all licensed buyers' agents. You set the buyer's agent commission (typically 2–3%) in your listing. Agents can contact you directly or schedule showings through ShowingTime, which is included in most Beycome plans.

What does Beycome's buyer program offer?

When you buy a home through Beycome, you receive up to 2% of the purchase price back as a credit at closing. On a $400,000 home, that's up to $8,000 returned to you. You still get access to every MLS listing and full support throughout the transaction — without sacrificing the rebate.
