To update your price, go to My Dashboard > Listings, click your listing’s Edit button, then Edit property, enter the new price under Price, and click Save. Each change can be up to 20% above or below your current price. Our compliance team reviews the change before it syncs to the MLS and third-party sites, which can take up to two business days. We can’t take price changes by email or phone.
Making sure to keep the information on your property up to date is your duty as a responsible seller. Out of all the information on your listing, the price of the property is the most important to keep updated. Luckily, we have made doing this simple and hassle-free.
- Connect to My Dashboard and open Listings.
- Click the “Edit” button on your listing and select “Edit property”.
- Under “Price” (“What’s your new listing price?”), enter your new price. Each change can be up to 20% above or below your current price; the page shows the allowed range if you go past it.
- You can also update your HOA fee and its payment schedule in the same step.
- Once finished, confirm your change by clicking on “Save“.
Once you submit your request, one of our compliance team members will carefully review and verify the information provided. This step ensures that all updates meet MLS requirements and remain accurate and compliant. After verification, your property’s status will be updated on the MLS to show your new price.
Following this update, the change will begin syncing across the MLS and all third-party websites where your listing is displayed. In most cases, updates appear quickly—sometimes within an hour—but depending on each platform’s refresh cycle, it may take up to two business days for the new status to be visible everywhere. It’s normal to see slight delays between different websites during this process.
For security and compliance reasons, all listing updates must be submitted directly by you through your Beycome account. This ensures that only authorized users can make changes and helps protect the integrity of your listing. We’re unable to process modification requests sent by email, phone, or any other external communication method. To make any updates, simply log in to your dashboard and submit your request through the appropriate section.
