Completing your MLS Questionnaire

Failing to complete your MLS® questionnaire will delay your listing from going live. This step is required to publish your property correctly and distribute it to the MLS® and syndicated websites.

Below is a quick guide to help you complete the MLS® listing process without delays.

Step 1: Log in to your Beycome dashboard

Start by logging into your Beycome account. Always use your own login credentials. For security and compliance reasons, only the account owner can submit or update MLS® information.

Step 2: Access your listings

From the main menu, select Listings. This section displays all your active and pending listings.

Step 3: Complete the MLS questionnaire

On the listing page, look for the red banner that says “MLS questionnaire missing. Click here.” Click on the banner and follow the step-by-step guide to complete the questionnaire. This form collects the information required by the MLS®, such as property details, features, and disclosures.

Fill out each section carefully and provide accurate information. Complete answers help avoid delays and ensure your listing meets MLS® requirements.

Step 4: Save and submit

After you finish the questionnaire, click the Save button to submit your information. This action sends your details to our system for review.

What happens next

Once we receive your completed questionnaire, one of our customer service representatives will review the information and update your property’s status. After approval, your listing will move forward in the MLS® publishing process.

For security purposes, Beycome only accepts listing updates submitted through your Beycome account. We cannot process changes requested by email or phone call. This policy ensures that only you can control updates to your listing and protects your property information.
