If your property is not under contract, you can update your price, financial terms, and commission directly from your Beycome dashboard. This flexibility allows you to react quickly to market conditions and keep your listing competitive.
Making these updates only takes a few minutes and does not require emails or phone calls.
Step 1: Log in to your Beycome dashboard
Start by logging into your Beycome account using your own credentials. For security reasons, only the account holder can request listing changes. This protects your property and ensures accurate updates.
Once logged in, locate the listing you want to update.
Step 2: Access the price section
From the main menu, click on Edit, then select Property price. This section allows you to modify all pricing-related details for your listing.
Step 3: Enter your updated information
Update the fields that apply to your situation. You can adjust any of the following:

Selling price

Application fee or association fee, if applicable

Financial conditions

Commission, if applicable
Review each entry carefully to make sure it reflects your current strategy and the market.
Step 4: Save your changes
After entering your updates, click the Save button to submit the changes. This action sends your request into the system for processing.
What happens next
Once we receive your update, one of our customer service representatives will review the information and update your property’s status. After the update is completed, the changes will begin to reflect across Beycome and, when applicable, MLS® and syndicated platforms.

For security and compliance purposes, Beycome can only process listing updates submitted through your Beycome account. We cannot accept change requests by email or phone call. This policy ensures that only you control updates to your listing and protects your property information.
