There are three possible scenarios:
First, your contact information is clearly displayed on the MLS. You may be wondering how you actually receive showing requests; read on to learn more. This includes your name and phone number, and it appears in the Owner Section, Showing Instructions, ShowingTime (when available), and in the Agent/Private Remarks, typically stated as:
“For more information or to schedule a showing, contact the seller [your name] at [your phone number].”
With that in mind, here’s how inquiries usually happen:
Scenario A
A real estate agent checks the MLS and contacts you directly. This is the best-case scenario 👍
Scenario B
A real estate agent contacts us instead. If the contact is by phone, we pull your details from the MLS and immediately share the agent’s information with you. You’ll receive an SMS with the agent’s details, and you can also track everything anytime from your Beycome dashboard. This works 24/7 and is the most common scenario 😀
Scenario C
A buyer or lead contacts Beycome directly. We handle this the same way as Scenario B and connect them to you right away. From there, you’re fully in control of the conversation and the deal. This is actually a great outcome for you 👌
Important
We never keep prospect or lead information. Ever. As a flat-fee company, there’s no reason for us to hold onto leads. Our role is simply to connect buyers and agents to you—nothing more, nothing less.
