So, first, Your contact info is shown on MLS, including your name, phone number, and direct information, and is listed in the MLS under the “Owners Section”, in “showing Instructions” and in “showingTime” (when available), and also in the “Agent Remarks / private remarks” as “For more information and showing, contact the seller ‘your name’ at your ‘phone number”.
With those in mind, let’s go over the different reaching scenarios:
In Scenario A, the real estate agent checks the MLS and contacts you directly. Yeah! < aka the best way👍!
In Scenario B, the real estate agent contacts us directly. If it’s by phone call, we request to contact to their MLS to find your information, we alo provide you the Agent information ( We send you an SMS with Agent information) this services works 24/7. If it’s by email, we provide them your contact info and forward the email to you. < aka the common way 😀!
In Scenario C,A buyer or prospect contacts Beycome directly. We handle it the same way as Scenario B and connect them to you right away. From there, you’re in full control to close the deal. This is actually a great outcome for you 👌! Then you’ll just be in charge of sealing the deal!
Important:
we never, ever (like no joke) keep prospect information for us. Just think about it; even though prospect info on MLS is available, what can we do with a prospect’s lead as we’re a flat fee company?! ugh🙃!
