What is Nu World Title and what does it do?
Nu World Title calls itself a full-service title and closing company. Its home page lists same-day title searches, title insurance, escrow, residential and commercial closings, refinances, 1031 exchange support, vacant land closings and remote or after-hours closings. It says it has “over 20 years of experience.”
Its locations page puts the main office in Doral, with others in Boca Raton, Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Miami Lakes, Miramar, North Bay Village, Orlando, Stuart, Tampa, West Kendall and Sunset in Florida. Outside Florida, it lists Rutherford, Red Bank and Tinton in New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, McAllen and San Antonio in Texas.
Nu World Title also runs related brands on its site, such as Nu Sure Insurance and Nu Property Management. For agents, it offers training and marketing tools. Many of its clients reach it through a real estate agent, which is common for title companies.
Is Nu World Title the same as “New World Title”?
Usually, yes, when people search for a title company in South Florida or Rutherford. The company spells it “Nu World Title” (stylized NU World Title), and Redfin lists it as Nu World Title, LLC. Searches for “new world title company” or “NuWorld Title LLC” often mean this firm. Other businesses can use similar names, though, so match the name on your contract and closing papers to the company’s own site before you wire anything.
What do Nu World Title reviews say?
Reviews are mixed, which is normal for a firm that closes a lot of deals. We re-read the two Redfin profiles on November 2, 2026. Redfin shows reviews from its own clients only, each with the price and the date.
| Profile | Rating | Reviews | Redfin clients |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nu World Title, LLC (title) | 4.3 | 6 | 11 |
| Nu World Title (escrow) | 2.5 | 5 | 9 |
✅ What clients liked

What do Beycome reviews say?
Beycome’s reviews and testimonials page shows an average of 4.7 out of 5 across 1,004 reviews, read November 2, 2026. Since Beycome runs that page, treat it the way you’d treat any company’s own testimonials: useful, but not the whole picture. Search the company name on Google and the BBB too, and read the low ratings as well as the high ones.
A few patterns stand out in the reviews on that page. Sellers mention the money they kept, a team that answers quickly, and offers that came in within days or weeks. The trade-off shows up too. A seller in Panama City, Florida wrote that “you are a little more involved in the transaction” than with a traditional sale. Another did his own showings. That’s the model: you stay in control and do some of the work, and Beycome helps when you need it.

How much does Nu World Title charge?
Its website doesn’t publish settlement fees. You fill in a quote form or use its title calculator, so we can’t compare a posted price. The home page says it has “the most competitive fees in the industry,” but gives no figure to check that against.
Here’s what helps you compare any quote. In Florida, title insurance premium rates are set by the state under rule 69O-186.003 of the Florida Administrative Code. In Texas, the Department of Insurance promulgates rates in its Title Insurance Basic Manual. So on the same policy, the premium is the same everywhere in those states.
What differs is everything else: the settlement or closing fee, lien search, courier, e-recording and any “admin” line. Ask each company for a written estimate with every fee named, then compare those lines side by side. Our guides on who pays closing costs when selling and how much closing costs run show which lines usually fall on the buyer or the seller.
What does a title company do before closing?
It’s worth knowing the steps, so you can tell a slow file from a normal one. Here’s the usual order once the contract is signed:
- The title company opens the file and takes the buyer’s deposit into escrow.
- It searches the public records for liens, unpaid taxes, open permits and judgments.
- It sends a title commitment that lists what must be cleared before closing.
- It orders the seller’s loan payoff and any HOA estoppel letter.
- It prepares the settlement statement with every fee and credit.
- At closing, it collects signatures, records the deed and pays everyone.
Delays most often come from a lien nobody knew about, a late HOA letter or a lender that is slow to send its papers. A good closer tells you early. Ask for a status update each week, and ask what is still open.
How do you choose a title company?
In many sales the contract names who picks the title company, and it can be the buyer or the seller. Our guide on who picks the title company explains the usual practice, and our Florida FSBO contract guide shows where that choice sits in a Florida contract. Whoever chooses, check these points:
- A written fee estimate, not just the premium.
- Who your closer is and how fast they reply.
- Where your money sits: escrow funds should go to a trust account, never a personal one.
- How they verify wiring instructions, since wire fraud targets closings.
- Recent reviews, read for patterns rather than one bad day.

What are the alternatives to Nu World Title?
Any licensed title agency can handle your closing. In some states, a closing attorney does it. South Florida has many local firms to choose from. Get two or three quotes.
One option is Beycome Title, a flat-fee title company. In Florida, the settlement fee is $99 for sellers who prepay at checkout on beycome.com ($499 full price), and in Texas it’s $299. Title insurance is at the state-set rate, and Florida and Texas policies are backed by Old Republic National Title. It also closes in Michigan ($199), Ohio ($299), Illinois ($599) and Indiana ($199) with prepaid pricing at checkout.
Beycome Title doesn’t close in New Jersey, so Rutherford-area buyers and sellers should compare local New Jersey title agencies.
Selling too? A flat fee MLS listing from $99 ($129 in California and Illinois) puts your home on the major home search sites and the MLS, and you can close with Beycome Title in the states it serves. Buying? The Beycome buyer program has no upfront fee and is open to every buyer on homes listed by other agents, except in Alabama and Tennessee, where state law doesn’t allow it. Beycome keeps 1% of the price (minimum $1,499) and credits the rest of the buyer-agent commission at closing, with lender approval. The credit can’t apply where no buyer-agent commission is offered, like most FSBO homes, or on homes listed by Beycome sellers.
