What “prepaid pricing” means

Prepaid pricing is a lower settlement fee when you pay it upfront, at checkout, when you list your home on beycome.com. In Florida, if you don’t prepay (for example, if you add title after your listing is live, or you’re a buyer), the fee is $499. Texas doesn’t allow a prepaid title fee, so the price is $299 for everyone, any time.

Do I have to use Beycome Title?

No. Beycome Title is an affiliate of Beycome, and you’re free to choose any title company. Your listing, your package and the buyer program don’t depend on it.
