How is Concierge different from Basic and Enhanced?
Basic ($99) and Enhanced ($399) put your home on the MLS and give you the tools to sell it yourself: you handle showings, offers and negotiation, with help from Artur. Concierge adds an expert who negotiates with you, always on your side, and guides you from listing to closing.
Do I still control my sale?
Yes. You approve the price, the showings, every offer and every counteroffer. You also see offers, messages and listing activity in your dashboard at any time.
Can I upgrade to Concierge later?

Can I cancel?
There’s no cancellation fee, except Georgia MLS’s mandatory $25. A listing under contract can’t be canceled, and fees aren’t refunded once your listing is live.
