Does My Contact Info Appear on MLS, Showings & syndicated websites?

There are 3 answers here:

So, first, we need to remember that the MLS is an exclusive database that only licensed real estate brokers/agents have access to, with their own set of regulations – one of which is that if an individual is not a licensed real estate professional, the MLS will not list you as the main contact. Rather, you will find your Contact Info on MLS through the brokerage firm (layman’s terms: the MLS will list beycome as the main contact and syndicated websites also).

But don’t worry! Your contact info is shown on MLS, including your name, phone number, and direct information, and is listed in the MLS under the “Owners Section”, in “showing Instructions” (when available), and also in the “Agent Remarks / private remarks” as “For more information and showing, contact the seller ‘your name’ at your ‘phone number”.

With those in mind, let’s go over the different reaching scenarios:

In Scenario A, the real estate agent checks the MLS and contacts you directly. Yeah! < aka the best way👍!

In Scenario B, the real estate agent didn’t check the MLS and contacts us directly. If it’s by phone call, we provide them your contact info on MLS. If it’s by email, we provide them your contact info on MLS and forward the email to you. < aka the common way 😀!

In Scenario C, prospects contact us directly—this is the best case for you 👌. Our automated 24/7 system instantly shares your contact details with them (by call and SMS), redirects them to your beycome listing, and sends you the caller’s information in real time (when the number isn’t anonymous), so you can follow up immediately and close the deal.

Important: we never, ever (like no joke) keep prospect information for us. Just think about it; even though prospect info on MLS is available, what can we do with a prospect’s lead as we’re a flat fee company?! ugh🙃!

If you sell a $400,000 home, you save up to $20,000 compared to a traditional way. And if you buy your next place with us, you also get 2% back at closing. Seriously.
