Why does Artur know real estate so well?

It has learned from hundreds of thousands of real contracts, listings and questions, from every side of a sale: sellers, buyers, agents and title teams. So it knows how a sale actually plays out, where people get stuck, and what each document is for.
What does a sale with Artur look like?
Sunday night, you start your listing. You answer a few questions about your home. Artur drafts the description and creates an immersive video of your home. You change two lines, keep the rest, and your listing draft is ready the same evening.
Monday, the MLS questionnaire. It asks about your HOA, your utilities and your tax information. You ask Artur what a field means, and it tells you, along with where to find the answer in your documents.
Before you set your price, Artur pulls recent comparable sales near you, so you pick a number you can explain to any buyer.
Your listing goes live. Showing requests come in, and Artur answers your questions about each one, at any hour.
Saturday, 9 p.m., the first offer. Artur walks you through it: the price, the financing, the contingencies, the closing date, and what each one means for what you’ll walk away with. You decide how to answer, and Artur helps you write your counteroffer.

What won’t Artur do?

- Replace a professional. Artur isn’t an attorney or a tax advisor. For legal or tax advice, ask one, and check important figures with the official source.
Is Artur a person?
No. Artur is an AI assistant. When you want a person, our support team is available 7 days a week (team office hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm ET, Saturday 9am to 5pm ET) through our contact page.
Is Artur available at night and on weekends?
Yes. Artur answers 24/7, including the Saturday-night offer and the Sunday-night questions.
Does Artur cost extra?
