How to modify closing date

Step 1: Access My Dashboard
Log in to your Beycome account and open your dashboard. This is where you manage all updates related to your listing.

Step 2: Update your listing status
From the menu, select “Status,” then choose “Under Contract.” This section allows you to manage contract-related details for your property.

Step 3: Enter the new closing date
In the field labeled “Expected closing date,” enter the new date based on your agreement or updated timeline.

Step 4: Confirm the change
Click the “Confirm” button to validate the update. This sends the information to our system for processing.

What happens next:

After you submit the update, one of our service representatives will review the information and update your property’s status on our end. Once completed, our syndicated website partners and the MLS typically take one to two business days to reflect the change across their platforms.

For security reasons, only you can request status changes. You must submit all modifications directly through your Beycome account. We cannot accept change requests by email or phone.

This action is required for all properties listed on beycome.com, whether or not you purchased a Flat Fee MLS package.
