Canceling an open house on Beycome is quick and easy when done directly from your dashboard. Following the correct steps ensures your listing updates properly across all platforms.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Start by connecting to My Dashboard using your Beycome account. Once logged in, go to the “Edit” menu. From there, select “Open House” to view all scheduled open houses linked to your property.
Next, choose the open house you want to cancel. Click the “Delete” button next to that event.
To complete the process, confirm your action by clicking the “Confirm” button. Once confirmed, the open house will be removed from your listing.
What Happens After You Cancel
After we receive your request, our service representative updates your property’s status and sends the cancellation to syndicated websites and, when applicable, the MLS. These platforms do not update instantly. In most cases, they display the changes within one hour to two business days.
Security and Communication Policy
For security reasons, you must submit all changes directly through your Beycome account. Your dashboard is the only place where we can process modification requests. We do not accept requests by email or phone, even for simple updates.
