Here's very rare gem of a property!! This property has to be one of the prettiest properties I've ever been on. This property is on the Laurentian Divide!! The property is at the end of a dead end road and once through the gate a person can very easily access all the parcels with vehicle on the substantial road/trail system the seller had cleared and built. Just to the east of this northern parcel is county tax forfeit land with a beautiful beaver pond that would be a great place to trap, duck hunt or wildlife watch.
