It was with this email that it was disclosed that they keep $75 for tying up half a day and receiving nothing. I requested a supervisor and finally received a call back at 6:30pm the next day. The “supervisor” proceeded to call me a liar and refused to include the $75 in my refund. Houzeo is not a trustworthy company.
