They have slow support response times, and multiple agents that contacted them ended up having to contact me directly as they got no response. Even an offer that was submitted to them, never got passed onto me at all.

Matt Buttner is really arrogant realtor. I saw his active listing and called to his office and talked to 2 ladies their, giving me his cell phone. I called him 5 times, left a voicemail and sent a text message no response. That is horrible service, wasting other clients time and did not even provide “fair respect” to all clients. They all deserve to get fair treatment. Worst of the worst communication and arrogance!

Wendy Smith is extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with. I have a series of texts and emails in which she is rude and unprofessional. We rarely heard from her unless we initiated contact. The contract states that she will make diligent and continued efforts to sell property but we have not seen such efforts. As far as we can tell she put the property on MLS and that is it. No marketing or advertisement was done. When we advised her we were not happy with her efforts and asked to get out of the contract, she would not allow without paying a fee. Extremely unpleasant experience. This review was written after she declined our request to terminate the contract. She has since decided to terminate the contract.
