But realtors still maintain a lockdown on the whole process and buyers cannot reach out to you directly. The people from homecoin I dealt with were nice enough so I gave 2 stars intead of 1.

The “supervisor” proceeded to call me a liar and refused to include the $75 in my refund. Houzeo is not a trustworthy company.
