However what really happens is that a notice will come you that a Zillow agent what’s to bring you a buyer and do you are then dealing with paying a commission. This company is such a scam stay away!! Furthermore, when I asked for a refund the answer was no of course!

The reason I tried homecoin was to try to get buyers to contact me directly so we could do a sale without real estate agents (and the exorbitant fees) through a title company. However, you are not allowed to put any of your contact information (phone#, email, etc) on the homecoin ad!!! This is crazy and defeats the entire purpose in my mind. The way it works is buyers agents reach out to the “listing agent” (someone at home coin) and home coin fowards the buyer agent contact information to you. But realtors still maintain a lockdown on the whole process and buyers cannot reach out to you directly. The people from homecoin I dealt with were nice enough so I gave 2 stars intead of 1.
