For soaking up the sunshine and fresh Florida air, there’s a beautiful deck just off the dining room with a table for four under the vine covered trellis. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, spacious living room, two full bathrooms and being offered completely furnished so you’ll have everything you need for a fun-filled and comfortable stay. The master bedroom includes a king bed with a TV and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, also with a TV. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk and full trundle bed so everyone can have their own sleeping space. The fourth room has two twin beds offering even more options for additional sleeping. In the master bathroom, there’s a spacious walk-in shower. The guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combination. You’ll also have access to all the amenities the Anna Maria Beach Cottages has to offer, including a heated pool with a lounge area, assorted beach gear, bikes, and on-site laundry. There are no minimum rental restrictions so the unit can be rented nightly which helps maximize your rental investment. Anna Maria Beach Cottage owners can enjoy 6 weeks use per year with an additional 2 weeks for maintenance and updates.
