What I love about my home:
Only 5 minutes from the turnpike!! Great open plan living, and a large screened patio right on the lake! It's a good space for entertaining, and the neighbours are great. The community is very peaceful and quiet, with no through traffic, and is very well maintained. There are 3 tennis courts, a lovely pool, and a small park with BBQs and a play area for the kids. The association takes very good care of the neighborhood, and also covers costs for exterior repairs to the property, such as roofing and walls. Security vehicles patrolling at night make the area feel very safe and secure for the family. Good supermarkets and restaurants/bars are all within a few minutes from the house. Walking distance from Zoo Miami
