Below Rum Bay is Coconuts for ice cream, soda, pizza, etc. There is also a golf cart rental and repair service located in the resort. Golf carts are the preferred mode of transportation, as well as bicycles. Palm Island resort is the only commercial entity on the island! The lot has lush landscaping at the road; with Bromeliads of all kinds, several varieties of palms, Crinum Lilies, and Sea Grape, plus more. At the Southeast edge of the lot are a Key Lime, a Mango, and two Coconut Palms. I planted them near the lot line so as not to interfere with your home plans. There is room for a 50 foot dock on the very private canal. With Sarasota 45 miles to the north, Ft.
