The fiberglass pool (which requires only a small amount of chemicals for maintenance) with the surrounding concrete deck and the aluminum screened enclosure were added in 2005. The mother-in-law suite was finished in 2006. The new double pane tempered glass windows were installed in 2010. The siding of the front of the house was replaced in 2010. A whole house water filtration system was installed in 2014. A new AC system was installed in 2019. The main house has also a central vacuum cleaner system, which eliminates the noise and the exhausted dusted air inside the house.
