The MLS^® (Multiple Listing Service^®) is the database real estate agents and brokerages use to share and search for homes for sale. When your home is listed on the MLS^®, it is syndicated to Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Trulia and 1,000+ other sites, so buyers and their agents see it wherever they search.

At Beycome, Basic is $99, Enhanced $399 and Concierge $1,399, with $0 due to Beycome at closing. Entry plans at the other flat fee companies we checked ran from $85 to $499 upfront, and some add a fee at closing, such as 0.25% to 1.25% of the sale price (their own pricing pages, read October 20, 2026). You pay one flat fee instead of a percentage commission, and a licensed brokerage puts your home on the MLS^®. With Beycome: 1) choose a package (from $99) and enter your home’s details and photos in your dashboard; 2) sign the listing agreement online; 3) our licensed brokerage checks the listing and enters it on your local MLS^®, live within 2 business days (about 2 hours on average), and it syndicates to Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin and 1,000+ sites; 4) showing requests, inquiries and offers come to your dashboard, and you review, counter and sign offers online; 5) you close with the title company you choose. It is worth it if you are comfortable handling showings and talking with buyers, because you get the same MLS^® exposure as an agent listing for a fixed fee. For example, a 3% listing commission on a $400,000 home is $12,000, while a Beycome Basic listing is $99 with $0 due at closing. It may not be the right fit if you want someone to manage the whole sale for you: in that case, Concierge adds an expert who works with you whenever you need it, or you can hire a traditional agent. About 36% of Beycome sales closed in 2026 had a buyer with no agent (Beycome internal data, 2026). Your property will be listed on your local MLS^® and automatically syndicated to over 1,000 real estate websites including Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Trulia, Homes.com, Coldwell Banker, Compass, and many more. This gives your listing the same exposure as any traditional agent listing.

You can upload the maximum number of photos your local MLS^® allows, on every package. Enhanced adds a professional shoot with 25 HD photos, and Concierge adds a 3D tour and drone photos where available.

Yes. Beycome’s licensed brokerage lists your property on the same local MLS^® that traditional agents use. Your listing gets the same syndication, visibility and exposure as any agent-listed property.

No catch. The price you see is what you pay Beycome: no listing commission and nothing due to Beycome at closing. There is no cancellation fee (Georgia MLS charges a mandatory $25), but the fee is not refunded once your listing is live. Offering compensation to a buyer’s agent is your choice and is agreed separately with that agent.

Your MLS^® listing stays active for up to 24 months (12 months in Maryland and Pennsylvania), with no renewal fee. You can cancel any time with no cancellation fee, except Georgia MLS’s mandatory $25. Listings under contract can’t be canceled.

A complete, correct listing goes live on the MLS^® within 2 business days, about 2 hours on average. Missing or mismatched details can slow it down, because we and the MLS both check the data. With Enhanced, the listing is on the MLS in 36 hours or less; the photo shoot is scheduled separately.

Beycome Corp. is a technology company. Your listing is handled by Beycome’s licensed real estate brokerage affiliates, licensed in 18 states and Washington, D.C., and sellers can list in 17 states and D.C.

Inquiries, showing requests and offers come straight to you through your Beycome dashboard, with email notifications. When a buyer or an agent contacts Beycome about your home, we pass your contact details on and send you theirs right away. You stay in control of your MLS^® listing at all times.

Showing requests come through our platform and ShowingTime (where available). You control your schedule and approve or decline each request. Our Home Visit Manager tool makes it easy to organize and track all showings.

Any homeowner in one of our covered states can list on the MLS^® through Beycome.
