Real Estate Glossary

What is Accessibility?

Accessibility refers to the ease of entering or using a property, particularly for people with disabilities. In real estate, accessibility can refer to the design and layout of a property, as well as the presence of features such as ramps, elevators, and wide doorways. Properties that are designed to be accessible are considered more desirable by some buyers and tenants, as they allow for more independence and ease of use for people with disabilities.
