What is Damage & Destruction (In a Lease)?

A damper is a device that is used to regulate the flow of air in a heating or cooling system. Dampers are typically found in ductwork and are used to control the amount of air that is delivered to different parts of a building. Dampers can be manually or electronically controlled, and they can be used to balance the airflow in a system, to redirect air to specific areas, or to shut off air flow altogether.
