What is Ff&E?

FF&E stands for Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment. This term is used to refer to the items that are used to equip and furnish a property, such as tables, chairs, desks, and office equipment, as well as items such as lighting fixtures, and built-in appliances. FF&E is usually considered separate from the real property and generally considered to be personal property, and typically they are not included in the sale price when a property is sold, but can be included in the lease or rental agreement. They are also considered different from structural elements of a property, such as walls and floors, which are usually considered to be a part of the real property. It's important to note that FF&E can have significant value for a business and are included in the assets of a company, the cost of them can affect the overall value of a company and they can be depreciated over a period of time.
