What does Master Lease mean?

A master lease is a legal agreement that allows a landlord to lease a property to a tenant, who in turn sublets the property to other tenants. This type of lease is often used when the original tenant wants to use the property for a specific purpose, such as a commercial or industrial property, and then sublet it to other businesses.
