What is Split-Level Style?

A split-level style house is a type of architectural design that features multiple levels of living space that are divided by a few steps. This style is often associated with homes that were built in the 1950s and 1960s. They have a distinct layout where the main floor is divided into several levels, with a stairway leading to the upper and lower levels. The upper level typically contains the bedrooms and the lower level contains the living areas and the garage.
