What is Utilities Availability (In a Lease)?

Utilities availability in a lease refers to the availability of basic services such as electricity, gas, water, and sewage that are necessary for the property to be used. In a lease agreement, the landlord may be responsible for providing these services or the tenant may be responsible for setting up and paying for their own utilities. The terms of the lease will specify who is responsible for providing and paying for utilities.
