Why Beycome Is the #1 Choice for Columbus Home Sellers
The Best Way to Sell Your Home in Columbus, Georgia
Selling a home in Columbus, Georgia has evolved significantly in recent years. Across neighborhoods like Midtown, North Columbus, Fort Moore areas, and historic districts near downtown, buyers now start nearly every home search online. As demand shifts and home values continue to adjust across the Columbus market, many local homeowners are asking a key question:
Do you really need to give up 2.5%–3% of your home’s value just to get on the MLS?
For an increasing number of Columbus sellers, the answer is no.
Flat Fee MLS services have become a more practical alternative. Instead of paying a traditional listing commission, sellers pay a one-time upfront fee to have their property listed on the MLS—the same system used by buyer agents throughout the Columbus area. The result is full market visibility without sacrificing thousands in commissions.
That said, not all Flat Fee MLS companies operate the same way.
Some promote low upfront costs but include percentage-based fees at closing. Others limit MLS exposure to certain regions of Georgia. And many still use outdated platforms that make listing management more complicated than necessary.
To help Columbus homeowners make a confident decision, we reviewed the top Flat Fee MLS companies serving the area in 2026. We compared pricing transparency, MLS coverage, platform usability, seller tools, and verified customer experiences.

Why Flat Fee MLS Services Matter for Columbus Home Sellers
The MLS remains the foundation of real estate visibility in Columbus. Once a property is listed, it automatically syndicates to Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Homes.com, and hundreds of brokerage websites used by agents across the region.
A Flat Fee MLS service allows sellers to tap into this powerful network without hiring a traditional listing agent. For homeowners who want maximum exposure while avoiding high commission costs, this approach offers the ideal balance of independence and professional reach.
As more Columbus buyers rely heavily on online searches, MLS access is no longer optional—it’s essential.

From Owen on Google Reviews:
I had a pretty solid experience using Beycome. The tools were great for listing, managing offers, and even handling showings. My only issue was with the initial setup. I had a couple of questions that didn’t get answered right away, but once I reached out to support, they resolved everything. Overall, I’m happy with the service..

Used Mark Tidwell’s Company Linc Realty of Atlanta to List and Sell my home. Their Flat Fee Listing is basically the same service as a Full Service Real Estate Broker. Mark knows his stuff and SOLD my home in just 6 days on the Market. Not to mention the Commission Saving of over $6,800 was a Sweet Bonus Too! I’ll certainly use Linc Realty of Atlanta’s MLS Listing Service whenever Buying or Selling Real Estate in the Atlanta Area. Thanks Mark for getting my Home Sold!
Horrible……he never was available and did not care the least about his listing because he was doing it for free for a friend. Pathetic and awful. I cannot say anything else about him because he never contacted us unless it was to receive his small check he got. I think this explains it.

From Chrissy on Google Reviews:
We had some land to sell and using Clickit for a flat rate listing was perfect for us. Clickit was extremely responsive, I talked to them multiple times and had no problem getting information and advice on the process. Jeff and his team in Georgia were very friendly and I highly recommend for selling property. They exceeded any expectations and saved us thousands in commission. Yes, I had to field the calls from prospective buyers and their realtors so just know that will happen but I was prepared for that and I was willing to do a little more myself to save on commission (I am not a realtor or anything related). Even though I had to talk to realtors and buyers, I was still able to call and talk to Clickit and get advice on how to handle these offers. The process worked as expected, and even better. I would 100% use this service again.
They are a connection service and just forwarded me on to another realtor. I asked if they charged extra fees they said no but then when I got pushed to the other realtor, the other realtor had a fee of .5%. Very shady business practices because even though they decided to refund my money they still tried to keep 60$ for some reason. Even though all they did was fail to keep any of their promises and my real estate was never listed. Strongly recommend to avoid. There are much better options out there.
5 – ByOwner.com ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Less expensive, budget-conscious service
Offers very low upfront pricing but includes percentage-based fees at closing in most plans.
Pros: Low initial cost
Cons: Closing fees reduce overall savings
Ideal For: Sellers focused primarily on minimizing upfront expense
LWF put our MLS listing online with a reasonable agent fee. Since we wanted to Sale our home by Owner, we were prepared to do photos, return phone calls and do house showings and paperwork for ourselves. The online listing service helped us to reach buyers with lower realtor rates.
Very minimal support, no documents available such as counter offer, addendum, etc. and I was under the impression from the description that they take a “very small fee” from agents commission not the sale price!!!
7 – OwnerEntry.com ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: Balanced offering between cost and tools

Great company to work with .. Sinan Zakaria did everything the website promised .. I was very impressed with all the steps in the process and how easy it was to accomplish.. I will definitely use , and recommend them in the future
From Paris on Yelp:
Horrible
They didn’t list my house and wouldn’t give my money back.
Customer service horrible.
9 – Houzeo ⭐️⭐️
Feature-rich but higher cost
A tech-focused platform offering dashboards and tools, but often with added fees.
Pros: Strong digital interface and automation
Cons: Costs can increase with add-ons
Ideal For: Sellers who prioritize technology and automation
From A on Trustpilot:
I really love Houzeo. They are always there to help me every time I ask for help. They’re very professional and I will use them again. I chatted with Faiz Miller this afternoon looking for information in my documents. Within minutes he found it and sent it to me. That’s one of a kind. Very professionally and respectfully done. He made me feel I can rely on this company. When I closed on my house last year everything went smoothly. Thank you Houzeo. I will recommend you again and again.
From John on Trustpilot:
They’re very fast and quick to respond *initially* but once your listing is in the system and you start having showings/receiving offers, they’re extremely slow to respond. I paid extra for the ‘contract review’ service, and lost two bids because I wanted Houzeo to review the contract and give me advice, but since they took so long the buyers got cold feet and that was the end of that.
Beyond contract review, a lot of buyer agents had trouble with the scheduling services offered by Houzeo. In addition, the only way to update the lockbox combo is by working with support – it’s not something you can do yourself. It’s a service that would be very useful (and swayed me to try Houzeo) but in practice it worked very poorly.
I was able to sell my house but this experience should have been much better.
10 – FlatFeeGroup.com ⭐️⭐️
