This listing service is a scam do you use them. They tell you you are in control of your showings etc. but this is not true. They are using a deceptive tactic. When someone clicks on Zillow as an example to contract an agent is doesn’t route them to List With Freedom. They yell you this when you sign up. However what really happens is that a notice will come you that a Zillow agent what’s to bring you a buyer and do you are then dealing with paying a commission. This company is such a scam stay away!! Furthermore, when I asked for a refund the answer was no of course!

When speaking on the phone it was with American support (so I don’t think they use offshore, but it’s possible). There was even a legal question and instead of saying “i don’t know” they referred it to their legal department who gave me insight. While listed with them I did get calls from potential renters and realtors. They make sure the listing is on MLS, Zillow and all of the other platforms. 10/10 I am recommending these folks if you want to sell it on your own. NOTE: While Flat Fee MLS primarily advertises Selling, they also do renting. You just have to reach out to their customer support for instructions
I feel like this company Screwed me bad with their in house title company excel. Lost out by $15k by using them. Ran away my buyers claiming my title needed quiet title. Had to find out from buyers realtor instead of them contacting me and giving me options They do bare minimum and only look out for themselves. Screw your overpriced quiet title. Trying to make money off sellers instead they will make you lose money. 2nd and last time using them.
