Why Beycome Is the #1 Choice for Greenville Home Sellers
The Best Way to Sell Your Home in Greenville, South Carolina
Selling a home in Greenville, South Carolina looks very different today than it did even a few years ago. What was once a quiet Upstate mill town has become one of the Southeast’s most talked-about cities, drawing national attention for its walkable downtown, thriving culinary scene, and an economic engine powered by BMW, Michelin, and a fast-growing constellation of tech and manufacturing employers.
The housing market has taken notice. Greenville County consistently ranks among the most active residential markets in South Carolina, with demand driven by corporate relocations, domestic in-migration from places like Atlanta, Charlotte, and the Northeast, and a growing professional workforce that has discovered what locals have known for years: this city offers an exceptional quality of life at a price that still makes sense.
Median home prices in Greenville currently hover around $300,000 to $330,000, reflecting both the city’s desirability and its continued affordability relative to comparable metros. For sellers, that’s meaningful equity — equity that deserves to stay in your pocket.
Which raises a question more Greenville homeowners are asking: Why hand 2.5% to 3% of that equity to a listing agent just to get on the MLS?
They don’t have to. And increasingly, they’re not.
✅ Beycome is Greenville’s #1 Flat Fee MLS service for 2026.
Here’s the core reality of how homes sell in 2025: buyers find listings online. Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin — these platforms have fundamentally shifted how people shop for homes. But those sites don’t pull listings from thin air. They pull from the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS® (GGAR) MLS, and that’s exactly where your listing needs to be.
A Flat Fee MLS service gives you that same MLS placement for a fraction of the price. You keep the savings and control. You offer a buyer’s agent commission if you want to attract agent-represented buyers — which most sellers wisely do — but you don’t pay thousands just to get listed.
The catch? Not every Flat Fee MLS provider delivers what they promise. Some tack on percentage-based “compliance” fees at closing. Others have clunky, outdated platforms that make managing your listing a headache.
We evaluated the top providers serving Greenville in 2026, scoring them on pricing transparency, MLS access, platform quality, customer support, and verified seller feedback.
Below is our complete breakdown of the best Flat Fee MLS companies for Greenville homeowners — and why Beycome leads in this market.

From Robert on Google Reviews:
I had a great experience working with Kenneth V. from the Beycome team. I listed my property for sale through Beycome, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish—resulting in a successful sale. I highly recommend Kenneth and the Beycome team to anyone looking to sell their property efficiently and with reliable support.
2 – Brokerless.com ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Long-standing flat fee MLS provider with transparent coverage and no hidden closing fees.
Pros: Trusted track record, fast activation
Cons: Minimal support and limited add-on services
Best for: Experienced FSBO sellers comfortable handling pricing, showings, and paperwork independently
I love selling my properties myself and Brokerless provided me with the tools to do it. I could not be happier!
Did not get as far as using the service because I paid twice and did not receive an email for the next steps so I messaged customer service and the actual owner Jack called me super rudely and agitated like what do you want?! I was in disbelief that this was the customer service!! Customer service is the easy part just be a decent person people are paying you for it!
3 – ListWithFreedom ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
List With Freedom offers low entry pricing but typically charges a percentage-based compliance fee at closing, which can significantly reduce savings on higher-priced homes.
Pros: Low initial cost, generally smooth listing process
Cons: Closing-side compliance fees that quietly erode your savings
Best for: Sellers who prioritize low out-of-pocket cost at signing and can absorb the backend fee
List with Freedom was the best decision I have made in regards to listing my rental home. Sandy Johnson was so prompt in getting me documents and following up on things I needed to submit. The listing and selling process was so easy with List with Freedom. I had a full price contract in less than 24 hours!!
Horrible communication, horrible understanding of real estate marketing, do not disclose full selling fee upfront. DO NOT USE.
4 – Carolina Realty Solutions ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A South Carolina-based company brining genuine local expertise to the flat fee space.
Pros: Strong local knowledge, max photos included,
Cons: Significantly higher upfront cost than most flat fee options
Best for: Greenville sellers who want a more supported process and are willing to pay a premium for local broker involvement
CRS helped us sale our first home and buy the home of our dreams. Amazing group that gives personalized service! If you are in the market to buy or sale, I highly recommend them!
Update- It took a Judge to get 100% of my earnest $ back because the realtor failed to have her clients respond as directed by the contract AND because the CRS agent altered signed documents that made it appear as if I (buyer) was in concurrence. Yes, it took almost 4 months get get my $5 K back, but I did.
5 – HomeZu ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Standard flat fee MLS service with good syndication and and good lead forwarding.
Pros: Strong MLS syndication
Cons: Potential closing fee on certain listing tiers
Best for: Sellers who want flexibility and are comfortable evaluating backend cost exposure before signing

No listing agent, no 3% commission. Beycome handles your MLS listing so you keep more of what your home is worth.
Sell your home →Buy smarter
Get up to 2% back at closing
Buy any home with a Beycome agent and receive a rebate of up to 2% of the purchase price — paid to you at closing.
Buy a home →I have used Simple Choice Realty a number of times to list my properties for sale by owner on the MLS (Pennsylvania). Their listing process is cost effective, very simple and user friendly. Most buyers have a real estate agent and they are the ones who show the homes. Most buyers find your home on Zillow and this option gives your listing more exposure and also puts it on Realtor.com and the MLS. Chris and his customer service team are responsive and will answer questions for you within 24 hours or less. I highly recommend if you have some real estate experience and/or are comfortable selling a home yourself.
They’re more than willing to contact you almost immediately unless you’re trying to cancel. Then they seem to fall off the face of the earth.
6 – Homecoin ⭐️⭐️⭐️
A low-cost flat fee MLS option that keeps things simple.
Pros: Very low flat fee, quick signup
Cons: Limited coverage in some Greenville-area ZIP codes, no meaningful seller support
Best for: Sellers who have done this before and need nothing beyond an MLS listing
Used Homecoin to sell mobile home. It was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone.
From Katrina on Google Reviews:
I am licensed in California but needed to list a property in NC. It is difficult to navigate the site. Then, I had problems when there was a discrepancy where I ask for a change, it wasn’t done, and the DRE issued a $100 fine. I went back and forth with them and thank God for records, they finely paid it. Now, I’m trying to cancel the listing for the last 3 days and it still isn’t cancelled, with no response from them.
7 – ISoldMyHouse.com ⭐️⭐️⭐️
A national flat fee MLS platform that operates in South Carolina markets.
Pros: Cancel before MLS activation, lower cost than full-service commissions
Cons: Broker compliance fees and extra costs reduce the overall value
Best for: Sellers who want a cancellation option before going live and are willing to pay a modest premium for that flexibility
Excellent experience. I sold my house and saved. 17,000 in real estate commissions. The people there were great and always available. I would do it again. They supplied everything from all the paperwork we would need to the lawn sign. Great Experience!!!
I sold my house .com (Jody Ryan) refused to reinstate my ad ,after I had asked to hide it for a while and asked to put it back on he said it had been on the site too long. The agreement was, ad is good until sold. I
would not place an ad with this company they don’t keep their word.
For Sale by Owner put my ad back on with no problem.
8 – Houzeo ⭐️⭐️
A tech-forward flat fee MLS platform with a polished dashboard and strong online functionality.
Pros: Polished dashboard, offer management, mobile app
Cons: Percentage-based closing fees that add up even on mid-range home values
Best for: Sellers in areas where other flat fee providers lack coverage
Overall great customer service so far. Zackery specifically has been knowledgeable, efficient, and kind.
From Scott on Trustpilot:
The assigned realtor was 100% disengaged, did not forward emails and/or texts that came to him as prescribed with the Houzeo agreement. His demeanor throughout the process was confrontational and he made it clear that he did not want to be involved. While I understand that a home owner selling FSBO is not ideal to a realtor, you did agree to the arrangement and should not purposely engage in sabotaging owner/client communication
9 – ByOwner.com ⭐️⭐️
An MLS listing service oriented toward FSBO sellers nationwide.
Pros: Long track record, some transaction support included
Cons: Minimal listing management tools, variable pricing
Best for: Sellers focused purely on cost savings who are fully prepared to manage the entire sale themselves

10 – DIYFlatFee.com ⭐️⭐️

Why Beycome Leads the Pack for Greenville Sellers
1. The Savings Are Real — and They Matter in This Market ✅
Greenville’s median home price of $300,000–$330,000 has made the Upstate one of the Southeast’s most compelling markets for buyers and sellers alike. That also means every fee matters. A 3% listing commission on a $315,000 home amounts to $9,450 out of your equity — and that’s nearly $9,500 that could, instead, pay off debt, cover moving costs, fund improvements at your next property, or simply stay right where it belongs: in your bank account.
Beycome’s $99 flat fee replaces that entire line item. No percentage of sale, no compliance charge, no closing fee of any kind. The number on day one is the only number you’ll ever pay.
For Greenville sellers in particular — where buyers are deliberate and every dollar of net proceeds matters — this level of cost certainty is invaluable.
2. A Platform Designed for How Today’s Sellers Actually Work ✅
Whether you’re managing a sale from your home in Mauldin while coordinating a move out of state, handling a listing as an out-of-town landlord, or selling around a full-time schedule at Michelin, Prisma Health, or one of the Upstate’s growing tech employers — Beycome’s platform is built to move at your pace and adapt to your lifestyle every step of the way:
- Fast MLS activation and real-time listing management
- Built-in offer tracking with instant notifications
- Digital contracts and South Carolina disclosure management
- Direct communication with buyers and buyer agents — no filtering, no delays
- Unlimited listing updates at no additional charge
- Clean, modern dashboard accessible from any device, anywhere
Everything is handled online. No office visits, no printing, no waiting for a broker to return your call.
3. Full Coverage of the GGAR MLS ✅
The Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS® MLS is the data backbone of the entire Upstate real estate market — serving thousands of affiliated agents and member companies across Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and surrounding counties. Every buyer’s agent operating in Greenville — from neighborhood specialists in North Main to relocation firms placing BMW and Michelin transferees — sources listings from the GGAR MLS.
Beycome’s $99 listing places your property directly in that system, with automatic syndication to Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Homes.com, and the full network of brokerage websites serving Upstate buyers — including those relocating from Atlanta, Charlotte, and beyond.
At $99 with zero closing fees, no other flat fee MLS provider serving Greenville matches this combination of reach, tools, and pricing transparency.
Final Verdict
Beycome Is the #1 Flat Fee MLS Company in Greenville
Greenville is a city with genuine momentum — robust in-migration, a diverse and growing employment base, a nationally recognized downtown, and a housing market that continues to attract buyers from across the country. Sellers here deserve a listing solution that captures that momentum without surrendering thousands of dollars to a listing agent in the process.
Beycome delivers full GGAR MLS access, a modern selling platform, and zero closing fees — all for $99. For Greenville homeowners who want maximum exposure and full control over their sale, there is no better option in 2026.
