Disclosure: We are beycome, the company being discussed. This article responds to a comparison page published by Ridley (getridley.com) in March 2026 that contains significant inaccuracies about our pricing, features, and coverage. We believe in open competition , but it should be grounded in facts. All beycome pricing referenced is as published on beycome.com/flat-fee-mls
Note: Unfortunately for us, we’ve been reading way too much BS about beycome lately. Fake info, reviews or fake pricing. We don’t usually say anything, but this one is too good to ignore. 😉
A platform called Ridley published what they called a “thorough, unbiased comparison” of their product vs. beycome in March 2026.
First, genuinely, thank you to them. Being the benchmark means something to us. 👍 But if a competitor is going to make a comparison page about us… maybe fact-check it first? 😉
Here’s what they got wrong… All of it!

| What Ridley Published ❌ | What’s Actually True ✅ |
|---|---|
| Pricing: “Basic ~$299 / Premium ~$499” | Basic $99 / Enhanced $399 / Concierge $999 — True flat fee, no asterisk |
| Photos: “limited (10–15)” | Unlimited photos on every package |
| Listing changes: “limited / extra fees” | Unlimited listing changes, always free |
| Listing duration: “6 months” | Up to 24 months (maximum term allowed by state law), cancel anytime for free |
| AI pricing tools: “No” | Artur AI + AI CMA + standard CMA — included |
| Document support: “limited” | No limits — templates, PDFs on the fly, + Artur AI |
| Showing management: “seller-managed” | Dashboard scheduling + open houses + ShowingTime + Artur AI |
| Negotiation support: “not included” | Every tier — Basic with Artur AI, Concierge with full human support and closing coordinator |
| Cancellation: “varies / may be non-refundable” | Cancel anytime, free, no questions asked |
| Hidden fees: “some add-ons may apply” | Zero hidden fees — what you see is what you pay |
| Coverage: “primarily FL, expanding” | 12+ states — 19,900+ closings — and as of today, California |
Not one. Not two. Every single data point was wrong. 🥲

Since they brought it up — here’s what a real comparison looks like.
beycome costs a fraction of what Ridley charges, includes more technology at the entry tier, and has 19,900+ closings to back it up. Let’s put them side by side.

| Full-service plan | Concierge — $999 | Pro — $3,999 |
| Commission at closing | $0 | $0 |
| Hidden fees | None | None stated |
| Pay-at-close option | Not needed — top plan is $999 flat | “Pro Pay Later” — $5,999 at closing |
beycome Concierge ($999) gives you full agent-level support for $3,000 less than Ridley Pro ($3,999). And our $99 Basic plan already includes CMA support, ShowingTime, negotiation support, and unlimited documents — features Ridley charges $1,499 for.
One more thing Ridley’s comparison never mentioned: beycome buyers get 2% back at closing. Ridley offers no equivalent buyer rebate.

What you actually save vs. a traditional 2.5% commission
Ridley published this table to make their case. Here’s what it actually shows — beycome saves sellers more at every price point.
| Home value | beycome Basic ($99) | beycome Concierge ($999) | Ridley Essentials ($1,499) | Ridley Pro ($3,999) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $300,000 | $7,401 saved | $6,501 saved | $6,001 saved | $3,501 saved |
| $500,000 | $12,401 saved | $11,501 saved | $11,001 saved | $8,501 saved |
| $750,000 | $18,651 saved | $17,751 saved | $17,251 saved | $14,751 saved |
| $1,000,000 | $24,901 saved | $24,001 saved | $23,501 saved | $21,001 saved |
Based on a traditional 2.5% listing-side commission. Numbers are listing-side savings only, before buyer-agent compensation.
Ridley says beycome is only for “Florida sellers on a strict budget.” Let’s address that.
Their comparison page recommends beycome specifically for “Florida sellers on a strict budget who need the cheapest possible MLS listing and are comfortable handling the sale process independently” — and “experienced FSBO sellers who have sold homes before and just need MLS access without additional tools or hand-holding.”
19,900+ closings don’t happen by serving one narrow slice of sellers. beycome works for first-time sellers and seasoned sellers alike, across 12+ states, with AI-powered platform, full showing management, negotiation support at every tier, and a dedicated closing coordinator on the Concierge plan. That’s not “just MLS access.” That’s a complete platform.
Why we’re even saying something
We genuinely respect competition, it’s healthy and offer more solution for the people, and we mean that. But making up data to look better? That’s not competition, and you don’t need it. It’s just noise.
Families making the biggest financial decisions of their lives deserve better than that. We’ll be over here closing a transaction every 35 minutes. And that’s a fact. 🙂

Ridley Reviews: Frequently Asked Questions
Is Ridley a legitimate real estate platform?
From 2025, Ridley is a real company offering flat-fee MLS listing services. That said, their March 2026 comparison page about beycome contained 11 verifiable factual errors — from pricing to coverage to features. Legitimate platforms don’t need to misrepresent competitors to make their case.
How much does Ridley actually cost?
Ridley Essentials is $1,499 upfront. Ridley Pro is $3,999 upfront. Ridley also quietly offers “Pro Pay Later” — $0 upfront but $5,999 at closing, which is a significant cost deferred, not eliminated. beycome’s full-service Concierge plan is $999 flat — and that includes a licensed closing coordinator.
Is Ridley available in my state?
Ridley Essentials claims 50-state coverage and operates through sub-contractor brokers in most markets — not direct licensure. Their full-service Pro plan (with a dedicated agent) is only available in Colorado, Arizona, Florida, and Georgia. beycome is fully licensed in 12+ states with 19,900+ completed closings to prove it.
How does Ridley compare to beycome on price?
beycome is dramatically more affordable. Our $99 Basic plan includes features Ridley charges $1,499 for; unlimited photos, AI-powered CMA, ShowingTime, negotiation support by AI, and 24-month listing duration. On a $500,000 home, beycome Basic saves $12,401 vs a 2.5% traditional commission. Ridley Essentials saves $11,001. At the full-service tier: beycome Concierge ($999) vs Ridley Pro ($3,999) — same outcome, $3,000 less.
Does Ridley have AI tools?
Yes, Ridley offers an AI-powered solution, with CMA in their Essentials plan. beycome includes Artur AI — a full-featured AI assistant for pricing analysis, offer evaluation, and market insights — plus AI CMA and standard CMA, on every plan starting at $99. Ridley’s comparison page claimed beycome had “No” AI tools. That was wrong.
What do Ridley reviews get wrong about beycome?
Ridley’s comparison published 11 incorrect data points about beycome: wrong pricing, wrong photo limits, wrong listing duration, no mention of Artur AI, no mention of ShowingTime, no mention of negotiation support at every tier, and no mention of beycome’s 19,900+ closings across 12+ states. We’ve corrected every one of them above.
