Will Realtors® be less likely to show my property since it is a flat fee listing?

Flat fee MLS listings are not shown less than any other listing. Real estate agents and traditional real estate companies use this as a scare tactic. They do this to try and convince homeowners to list with them instead of a flat fee listing service.  There is no way to know that a flat fee listing service was used. Furthermore, no designated area on an MLS® listing would indicate that you did not pay commission to a listing agent, or traditional real estate company. In the end, the buyer’s agent/broker only cares about the commission that you are willing to give to them. Realtors® will show your property to their buyers (your future prospect) regardless!
